9 month appt. at 10 months and 2 weeks :) a little behind

Now I am thinking...today they said she was:
20 lbs and 2 oz. (50%)
28.3 inches (50%)

Is the 50% for a 9 month baby since that was her appt. or 50% for a 10 month 2 week old baby?  Assuming the 10 month 2 weeks bc I think it would be big for a 9 month old...

So she is perfect I guess!
